LAVENDER TO COMPETE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE SPECIAL

      Hartsville SC native, Jody Lavender, is looking forward to Friday, June 27th  at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway.  He will be a part of the special four-day race schedule which will be highlighted by the NASCAR Sprint Series “Lenox Industrial Tools 301” on Sunday at 2 pm. 

      The action will start on Thursday with practice and qualifying for 4 divisions  of NASCAR racing.  Jody will compete in the NASCAR Camping World East  Series “Heluva Good Summer 125” race on Friday at 5:10 pm.  The NASCAR  Whelen Modifieds will race at 1 pm on Saturday and the NASCAR Nationwide  Series on Saturday at 3 pm. 

      Jody said, “I’m excited about going to New Hampshire.  We have our new car  ready and it looks great.  We have tested it in our first test of the season and the test went great.  The JBR racing team is also ready.  They are from the New Hampshire area and this is their “home track”.  We’ll all be doing our best in front of the hometown fans and all of our other fans.”
